Membership

Member prices are for members of the Hostelling International and the affiliated organisations of Finnish Youth Hostel Association (FYHA) which are listed here (only in Finnish). You are entitled to Membership rates when showing your HI membership cards or your affiliated membership card.

You may purchase your very own Hostel card at our reception while you check-in!

Personal HI membership card
- open the doors by discounted rate over 4000 hostels worldwide - remember the card is also obligatory in several countries
- the affiliated members of FYHA will get the card for 12 € instead of normal price which is 17 €
- the card is valid for 12 months after the purchase
- you will need to give your name, address and date of birth for the card - and also previous HI card if you are purchasing the affiliated member card

Junior card
- for people under 17 years
- normal price 10 €, only 5 € for affiliated members

Family junior card
- when a parent purchases a card for him- or herself the kids from 4 to 16 years may buy their own HI card for 2 €

Also FYHA office in the center of Helsinki behind the Forum shopping centre sells the cards above and also Group cards.

International hostelling membership card gives you discounts in several countries - also Finland - for instance for transportation, car rental and travel services - check the list about these advantages here (only in Finnish)!
