Small or large groups – always budget conscious
Eurohostel is an excellent choice for group accommodation. With 135 rooms we can easily accommodate even the larger groups. You can contact us by e-mail, facsimile or telephone and we shall be pleased to design an ideal package that suits your needs. We offer a group discount for groups over 10 people.
GROUP RESERVATION PROCEDURE
The group discount is available when one person (e.g. a teacher or group leader) takes care of the entire booking on behalf of the group. Minimum for group is 10 people.
The final confirmation of the group reservation should be confirmed with Eurohostel latest one month before the day of arrival. The confirmation date may be agreed otherwise if the group has more than 50 people. After the confirmation Eurohostel will send the group leader an pre-invoice for the booking which must be paid completely date due. To make the check-in smoother the group should provide a rooming list and inform the estimated arrival time about one week before check-in. Please notice we charge 3,50 € invoicing fee if the invoice is paid from the international bank account.
At the reception you may request closing the PayTV services in case you accommodate in Eurohostel category room and you do not want those services to be used.
DINING WITH A GROUP
You can also reserve budget meals for your group at Restaurant Katajanmarja that is situated on the ground floor of the hostel. They have a capacity of 70 seats and are fully licenced. Restaurant serves breakfast every day and their evening restaurant is also oopen every day until midnight excluding Bank Holidays.
To get a group discount for dining you should be a group of at least 11 persons and everyone in the group should choose the same menu. Any kind of food allergies or special diets should be informed to Eurohostel at least 72 hours before dining.
Our sales department can also book meals when making the reservation for accommodation. Every 16th person gets a free meal in a group but not more than 3 people however.
Breakfast is served on weekdays from 7 AM to 10.30 AM and from 8 AM to 11 AM on weekends and Bank Holidays. Meal times for lunch, dinner and evening snack you can ask from our sales department. On weekends and Bank Holidays we charge a 20% extra for all of group meals excluding breakfasts.
GROUP DINING PRICES:
Breakfast 7,90 €
A buffet breakfast with coffee, tea, juice, porridge, muesli, yoghurt, bread, cheese and vegetables.
Lunch or Supper 9,50 €
A salad, warm meal and coffee/tea.
Dinner 18,00 €
Green salad for starters, a warm meal of meat of fish for main course and a dessert.
Lunch Box 8,00 €
A light lunch box to go including a sandwich, fruit, juice, yoghurt and something sweet.
The prices are for one person.
Bread and ice water are included in the meal prices.
